At Manvaasanai Snacks, we take pride in offering fresh and high-quality snacks. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.
Returns
Return of items will not be accepted even in case of damage to items received or upon the customer receiving the wrong items. Please share the photo proof of damaged products at manvaasanaisnacks@gmail.com to claim the refund. Upon inspecting the claim and the proof, Manvaasanai snacks will let the customer/consignee know whether they are eligible for the refund of spoiled/missing items.
If the received products are undamaged/unspoiled, customers/consignees cannot return their orders to Manvaasanai Snacks.
